GroundedHer ("we," "us," "our") publishes groundedher.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this in plain language, the same way we try to write everything else here.

Information we collect

Information you give us. If you sign up for our mini-course or newsletter, or take the Calm Diagnostic Quiz, we collect your email address for that specific purpose. We don't currently require an account or password to use the site.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting, analytics, and advertising tools may automatically log standard technical information — such as your browser type, general location, and pages visited — to help us understand how the site is used and to keep it running smoothly.

The Mood & Habit Tracker. This tool stores your check-ins only in your own browser's local storage. Nothing you enter there is sent to our servers or seen by us — clearing your browser data clears it completely.

Cookies. We use Google Tag Manager and may use cookies or similar technologies for basic site functionality and, if enabled, analytics or advertising. GroundedHer uses Google's Consent Mode. If you are visiting from the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off until you accept our cookie banner; everywhere else they are on by default unless you reject them. Advertising cookies stay off everywhere until you accept. You can control cookies through that banner or your browser settings at any time — see our Cookie Policy for details.

Grow.me / Mediavine. GroundedHer uses Grow.me, a tool provided by our advertising partner Mediavine, to power on-site features like save/follow buttons and to support ad monetization. How we use information

• To operate, secure, and improve the site
• To send emails you've specifically opted into, like the mini-course or quiz results
• To understand which content is genuinely useful to readers
• To serve relevant advertising, where enabled

We do not sell your personal information.

GroundedHer contains links to third-party websites, including retailers as part of our affiliate program (see our Affiliate Disclosure page). We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party sites — we'd encourage you to review their own policies.

Your choices

If you've subscribed to any email list, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in that email. If you'd like us to delete information we hold about you, contact us using the details below and we'll take care of it.

Children's privacy

GroundedHer is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
